Pale Ale

This is true West Coast style pale ale. Brewed with 2-row barley, English crystal malt and hopped with Columbus and Cascade hops. This beer is brewed to show off the hops of this great region.

 

Hefeweizen

Brewed in the California tradition, this unfiltered wheat beer is brewed with 50% malted barley and 50% malted wheat.  This brew is hopped with Pearle and Tettnanger hops, to give a great noble hop flavor and aroma.

 

ESB

Traditional extra special bitter brewed with 2-row barley and English crystal malts. This brew is hopped with Warrior, Columbus, Fuggles, Tettnanger and Willamete hops, which give a great floral aroma. This beer is brewed to accentuate the malt, therefore is on the maltier side.

 

Kolsch

Kolsch or Koln style ale. This light flavorful ale is brewed in the Cologne region tradition. Brewed with 2-row malt & wheat malt. It is then hopped with Pearle, Spalt and Tettnanger hops. This ale will bring you to the pubs of Cologne on the first taste.

 

 

 

Brown

American brown ale brewed with American 2-row, imported dark crystal malts and a hint of wheat malt. Hopped exclusively with Fuggles and Challenger hops, this very complex brown ale shows off the malt with a slightly floral nose.
